In response to the growing interest in music placement and promotion, The Rights Workshop is hosting a series of career development seminars for artists, musicians, composers and other content-creators on Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2009. Learn about the mechanics of the music business and develop strategies to earn more money from your creative work. In these sessions, speakers and guest panelists will address commonly-asked questions about the rapidly changing music industry in a comfortable, artist-friendly environment.

Students will be required to show a valid IDs at the event. Attendees will receive an industry resource guide and goodie bag, subject to availability. Admission to our industry mixer event on Thursday August 13, 2009 at 9 pm is free for all seminar attendees. Registration deadline is August 1, 2009. Walk-in registration is permitted, subject to space availability and an additional fee of $15. Refunds will be granted if notice of non-attendance is received by the August 1, 2009.
