Brooke Wentz
Brooke is a music supervisor and rights executive who created The Rights Workshop after running ESPN’s music department. A graduate of Barnard College and Columbia Business School, Brooke brings over 25 years of experience in the music and media world. Prior she was a rights consultant at TechTV, manager of A&R at Arista Records and a former radio host. She produced numerous critically acclaimed recordings and won a Billboard Award.
The wealth of her contacts, combined with her knowledge of international music, launched Seven Seas Music in 2015. A graduate of Barnard College and Columbia Business School, Brooke brings over 25 years music business experience to the Bay Area.

Maryam Battaglia
Maryam is a music licensing consultant who began her career in her native-Los Angeles working at coveted law firms including Davis Shapiro and King Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, as well as entertainment giant Live Nation. With degrees from both UCLA and California Western School of Law, her work combines a passion for music supervision and negotiations.
With joy and a sense of calm, she expertly assists a wide variety of clients navigate and license their project’s complex underlying intellectual property rights. She is an author, co-founder, mother, and wife.
